Manufacturing Process

  Making of Dies & Holders on Hi-Tech VMC Machines. These machines ensure full accuracy.

We only use Graded (DCB-2 Grade) and Refined Raw Material which has fixed ratio. All our products are made from good quality Copper alloy.

CC Furnace ensures that the temperature of the Melted Raw Material remains constant and ratio of metals remains the same throughout the whole casting process.

Machining of casted material on Hi-Tech Vertical Threading and Taping (VTT) Machines and VMC Machines.

Testing of Raw Material & Casted Materials for Best Performance in our Laboratory. 

We test each & every product after the machining process at a minimum of 2-3 MPa on Hydraulic Testing Pumps.

Belt grinding of products in our fully air-cooled and eco-friendly workshops.

Each & every piece is checked by hand. for any defects in polishing. We don't compromise in the polishing of our products. Every item will have mirror finish.

We use the best quality products & metals for plating.

The best quality laser is used in marking our products which last forever.

After fitting all the parts of the faucet together, it is again tested on Hydraulic Testing Pump to check the flow and any defect in the fitting before final packing. Each & every item is cleaned properly and then packed for dispatch.
